Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities and achieve the required production output and quality targets.
- Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures.
- Perform packing, handling, and preparation of finished goods.
- Carry out basic quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Report production, machine, quality, or work-related issues to the superior promptly.
- Follow all company work instructions, safety requirements, rules, regulations, and policies.
- Cooperate with team members and other sections to ensure smooth production operations.
- Be willing to work on shifts, overtime, or additional hours when required.
- Perform other production-related or ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement

- No prior working experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic reading and numerical skills
- Able to learn basic machine operation and production processes
- Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn
- Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment

- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior from time-to-time
